Hyperinflation

Hyperinflation
It is explained as the condition where the level of cost increases at a fast rate as the currency of the country loses its price. This generally takes place when a huge increase in supply of money which is not supported by the growth of GDP takes place, which in turn disturbs the balance between demand and supply of money. As the supply of money increases, the need for currency decreases. Hyperinflation incline to cause a fast decreasesin the worth ofcost.
