Hawkish

Hawkish
It refers to the language tone when explaining an aggressive viewpoint or stance regarding a particular action or economic event. It is generally used when explaining an economy or rate of interest of the country. People working in the Central Banks are known as “hawkish” as they support the raising of the rate of interest for fighting rise in cost, even atloss of economic employment and growth. Being dovish is the opposite of hawkish.
