Trendline

Trendline
It is a basis component of the patterns of the technical analysis. For making a trend line, the only thing that needs to be done is to join either the high costs or low costs on the chart of the assets. The line that we get is known as Trend line. There are generally two kinds of trend lines. The uptrend line is made by linking the low costs for the asset, where the current low cost is more than the earlier low cost. An uptrend line moves to the future can be regarded as a support level for the price of an asset. On the other hand, a downtrend line is the opposite and is generally created by linking the high costs for the asset, where current high is less than the earlier high. Trend lines have several uses in the technical analysis, fundamentally for the ability to predict resistance andprice support levels.
