Rising Wedge
Rising Wedge is defined as a general chart pattern in the technical analysis. It is made by makingtwo ascending trend line in which one represents high costs and one shows low costs of an asset. The trend line slope that represents the highs is low when compared with the slantof the trend line signifying lows, showing that low costs are rising rapidly that the high costs are. As the trend lines that explain thiswedge are increasing, the wedges are regarded as anextensionpatternfor a whole upward trend. As the costs do not break the higher resistance level, purchasing pressure gradually lowers, the lower support level is ruined and the assets generally makes an entry towards a down trend.
